💨 Abstract
In a major escalation of conflict, Israel attacked hundreds of Hezbollah targets in Lebanon, killing at least 274 people in what was the deadliest day in Lebanon for decades. The Israeli military claimed to have struck about 800 targets connected to Hezbollah. In response, Hezbollah fired dozens of missiles at a military base in northern Israel. Both sides expect more airstrikes.
