💨 Abstract
Lithuania's Social Democrats, who won the parliamentary election, announced the inclusion of the populist party Nemunas Dawn, led by a man facing trial for alleged antisemitic statements, in their coalition government. The leader, Remigijus Zemaitaitis, is charged with inciting antisemitic hatred and playing down the Holocaust. It is unclear if he will be appointed to the cabinet.
