💨 Abstract

The LNG Producer-Consumer Conference 2024 in Hiroshima, Japan, emphasized the need for a decarbonization roadmap for LNG. Participants discussed the role of LNG in achieving net-zero emissions and stressed the importance of enhancing gas security, decarbonizing the LNG value chain, and financing. The conference projected increased LNG demand in Asia until 2030.
