Vinay Mohan Kwatra, India's former Foreign Secretary and newly appointed Ambassador to the US, presented his credentials to President Joe Biden on September 18. Kwatra expressed gratitude and looked forward to strengthening the India-US strategic partnership. Kwatra assumed the role on August 13, succeeding Taranjit Singh Sandhu.
