Brazilian President Lula da Silva announced a six-point plan proposed by Brazil and China for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine to end their conflict. He also expressed concern about the expanding conflict in Gaza, warning that it is dangerously spreading to Lebanon. The comments were made at the United Nations General Assembly.
