French President Emmanuel Macron will visit Lebanon to help expedite the formation of a government that can quickly implement reforms and rebuild the country. Since a truce between Israel and Iran-backed Hezbollah, France has played a key role in ending Lebanon's political deadlock, along with the U.S. and Saudi Arabia, resulting in a new president and prime minister.
