Qatari mediators have presented a draft proposal for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, which includes hostage exchange for Palestinian prisoners, troop withdrawal, increased humanitarian aid, and future governance of Gaza. Details such as the duration of the first stage and the handling of Gaza's administration are yet to be finalized. Hamas has not commented on the proposal.
