💨 Abstract
The Asian Development Bank-supported mentoring program in Bhutan has boosted the interest of students in STEM and TVET courses, according to an impact evaluation. The program, which engaged TVET students as mentors for grade 12 students, found that mentored students were more likely to prefer public training institutions, such as technical training institutes and the Institute of Zorig Chusum.
