💨 Abstract
A study by Save the Children and Plan International reveals that migrant children crossing Mexico to reach the U.S. face severe violence, exclusion, and prolonged uncertainty. The children, aged between 7 and 16, often don't find safety, but rather new forms of vulnerability. The number of unaccompanied children has doubled, driven by violence, poverty, and climate change.
