💨 Abstract

A severe snowstorm has caused widespread power outages in Bosnia and Herzegovina, affecting over 200,000 homes for a second day. The disruption has also affected neighboring countries, including Croatia, where emergency crews rescued 48 people buried in the snow. In Slovenia, a rescue helicopter was unable to reach a stranded hiker due to adverse weather conditions.
