💨 Abstract

SpaceX's Starship launch system took off for its most ambitious test flight to date, but the spacecraft itself disintegrated during the ascent burn. The Super Heavy booster landed successfully, but the upper stage, or Starship spacecraft, was lost. SpaceX is investigating a possible oxygen/fuel leak. The FAA temporarily delayed flights due to debris. Elon Musk joked about the "entertainment" provided.
