NATO expressed condolences and called for a full investigation into the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash that killed 38 people in Kazakhstan. The cause of the crash is still unknown. The plane, an Embraer passenger jet, diverted from an area of Russia that Russia has recently defended against Ukrainian drone attacks.
