💨 Abstract
Finland's Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen stated that Ukraine's long-term security guarantee against future Russian aggression lies in NATO membership. This was said in response to Ukraine's call for security guarantees to prevent another Russian attack. Trump's return to the White House has sparked hope for a diplomatic resolution but also fears in Kyiv. Valtonen also mentioned that a Trump administration would not necessarily spell the end for Ukraine's NATO ambitions.
