💨 Abstract

Royalist leader Durga Prasai, accused of inciting violence in a protest on March 28 that resulted in two deaths and significant property damage, has been granted a 12-day judicial custody by the Kathmandu District Court. The charges against Prasai stem from a violent protest he led with Nawaraj Subedi, which caused an estimated Rs 460 million in damages.
