💨 Abstract
Nepal celebrated the third day of Chhath, a festival dedicated to the Sun god Surya, on the Narayani River. Devotees, undergoing fasting and worship, made offerings to the setting sun. The festival lasts for three days and involves specific food restrictions and rituals. Devotees believe that undergoing the arduous fasting will grant their wishes and blessings from the Chhathi Maiya (goddess).
