The FBI identified Shamsud Din Jabbar, a lone wolf terrorist, as the driver behind the New Orleans attack on New Year's Eve. Jabbar, who supported ISIS, posted videos on social media expressing his support for the extremist group and voicing concern that his attack would not be considered part of the "war between the believers and disbelievers" if it only targeted family and friends.
