Nigeria and China have agreed to strengthen cooperation in clean energy, defense, and finance, with China supporting Nigeria's issuance of Panda bonds for infrastructure development. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi also pledged to expand a currency swap agreement, and China will vote in favor of Africa at the United Nations Security Council. The two countries aim to address regional security challenges and promote long-term stability through development.
