North Korea and Russia have reaffirmed their commitment to implement agreements reached between their leaders in June. This comes as concerns rise over North Korea's role in Russia's war in Ukraine, with reports of North Korean troops being deployed to Russia's Kursk region. Russia and North Korea agreed in June to provide mutual military and other assistance if either is attacked.
