North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui, in a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, accused the United States and South Korea of plotting a nuclear strike against North Korea. Choe stated the Korean Peninsula situation could be explosive and that North Korea needs to strengthen its nuclear arsenal. Additionally, Choe expressed North Korea's commitment to helping Russia in its war with Ukraine, claiming Moscow will win. The allegations were made without evidence.
