💨 Abstract
In Balochistan, Pakistan, a coal mine collapse near Quetta has resulted in the death of 11 miners, as reported by Geo TV. The collapse occurred due to an explosion caused by gas accumulation on January 9, trapping 12 workers at a depth of 4,000 feet. Rescue efforts are ongoing to recover the remaining miner and debris removal is challenging due to gas and debris.
