In Sindh, Pakistan, 101 honor killings were reported between January and June 2024, with the majority occurring in Jacobabad district. The Sindh Suhai Organisation, a women's rights body, expressed concern over increasing violence against women and the low number of offenders held accountable. Incidents often go unreported, and families seldom pursue legal action.
