💨 Abstract
The Pashtun National Jirga has strongly condemned a police crackdown on peaceful activists gathered for a national Pashtun gathering, scheduled for October 11 in Khyber District, Pakistan. The police raid led to excessive force, tear gas shelling, camp burning, and detainment of activists. The Jirga demands an immediate cease of the crackdown, investigation, and security assurance for the encampment.
