💨 Abstract

The Islamabad High Court has disposed of a petition seeking to prevent a military trial of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, after the government informed the court that no decision has been made on the matter. Khan's supporters are alleged to have attacked defense installations and vandalized state properties in May 2023, following Khan's arrest in a corruption case.
