Pakistan Information Minister Attaullah Tarar criticized Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for abruptly ending talks with the government over the formation of a judicial commission. Tarar accused PTI of acting maliciously and taking a hasty decision, stating that the government was open to a middle ground by offering a committee instead. Imran Khan, the founder of PTI, ended negotiations due to government inaction within the promised seven-day time period.
