💨 Abstract
A Peruvian court has ordered the arrest of President Dina Boluarte's brother, Nicanor Boluarte, for alleged influence peddling, bribery, and involvement in a criminal organization. The court ruled there was a high degree of probability that he had participated in the crimes and was a flight risk due to his proximity to power. Nicanor Boluarte's defense team will appeal the decision, and he was last seen virtually on Sunday.
