💨 Abstract
In a significant reshuffle, Peruvian President Dina Boluarte replaced both the economy and interior ministers. Jose Salardi, who had been the economy minister since January, was replaced by Raul Perez, previously the transportation minister. Meanwhile, Julio Diaz, who had served as interior minister for less than two months, was succeeded by Carlos Malaver, former head of the ministry's anti-crime division. The changes were announced in a public ceremony.
