Typhoon Usagi weakened after causing damage in northern Philippines, and authorities are preparing for another typhoon, Man-yi, which may hit Manila this weekend. Usagi, known locally as Ofel, was a super typhoon that made landfall in Cagayan province, but has since weakened and is heading towards Taiwan.
