💨 Abstract

Prime Minister Narendra Modi witnessed the Laotian adaptation of the Ramayan, reflecting shared heritage and age-old civilization connections between India and Laos. Modi attended the ASEAN-India and East Asia summits in Vientiane, where he also participated in a blessing ceremony by senior Buddhist monks and saw an exhibition on the restoration of the Vat Phou temple complex done by the Archaeological Survey of India.
