💨 Abstract
Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed concern over an ongoing oil spill in the Black Sea, stating that clean-up efforts have been insufficient to address the ecological disaster. The spill occurred after two ageing tankers were hit by a storm in the Kerch Strait on Dec. 15, resulting in approximately 2,400 metric tons of oil products being released.
