💨 Abstract
A massive 6.8 magnitude earthquake hit a Tibetan county in China's Tibet Autonomous Region on Tuesday, killing at least 126 people and injuring 188. Another county in Qinghai province was jolted by a 5.5 magnitude tremor on Wednesday. Rescuers are racing against time to search for survivors under the rubble in frigid weather amid hundreds of aftershocks.
