💨 Abstract
Russia aims to expand its Baltic Sea ports to boost agricultural exports by 50% by 2030, while reducing dependence on traditional Black Sea routes. Two new major ports, Vysotsky and Lugaport, have been launched in the Gulf of Finland in the past 18 months, with capacity to handle up to 15 million tons of agricultural exports per year.
