💨 Abstract
Russia attacked a hospital in Sumy, northeastern Ukraine, killing 10 people and injuring 22 others in two drone attacks. The Saint Panteleimon Clinical Hospital was hit 45 minutes apart, causing most fatalities during the second strike. 10 people were killed, 22 injured, and all patients were evacuated. Nine high-rise buildings were also damaged.
