💨 Abstract

In an overnight drone attack by Russia, twelve people including a child were killed in Ukraine's northeastern region of Sumy. The attack targeted a residential building in Hlukhiv, also wounding thirteen people, including three children. Two high-rise buildings and a hospital were damaged. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy condemned the attack, stating that it confirms Putin's intention to continue the war and not engage in peace talks.
