Russian forces launched an hour-long drone attack on Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, on Wednesday, causing fires but no casualties. This was the second such attack of the day. The regional governor, Oleh Syniehubov, reported 17 Iranian-designed Shahed drones were used in the assault, with most strikes hitting the Kyiv district.
