💨 Abstract

Russian forces struck a multi-storey apartment building in Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, on Saturday, injuring at least 12 people and prompting evacuations. The attack, using a guided bomb, injured a child and shattered many windows. Kharkiv, near the Russian border, has been a frequent target since Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine.
