💨 Abstract
Russian forces struck a multi-storey apartment building in Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, on Saturday, wounding 21 people and prompting evacuations. The attack occurred 30 km from the Russian border and injured an 8-year-old and two 17-year-olds. President Zelensky condemned the strike and called for more long-range weapons from Western allies.
