💨 Abstract
Russian forces launched a strike on a multi-storey apartment building in Ukraine's second-largest city, Kharkiv, on Saturday evening, injuring at least 12 people. The mayor, Ihor Terekhov, reported that a guided bomb was used in the attack and rescue operations are ongoing. Regional Governor Oleh Syniehubov confirmed two strikes on the city.
