đź’¨ Abstract
Ukrainian officials are working to restore power after Russian drone attacks caused near-total blackouts in two southeastern regions. Nearly 500,000 households in Dnipropetrovsk and over a million consumers in the region were affected, losing heating and water. President Zelenskiy condemned the attacks as an attempt to break Ukraine. Power has been restored to Zaporizhzhia, but disruptions continue in Dnipropetrovsk.
