💨 Abstract

In Montenegro, a gunman opened fire at a restaurant in Cetinje, killing at least four people, including two children. The gunman, who remains at large, also shot and killed two children on the street. Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajic declared three days of national mourning. The incident was a result of a brawl that involved pistols.
