The incident occurred on the fourth floor of the 11-storey hotel in Bolu's Kartalkaya ski resort early on Tuesday. The cause of the fire, which started on the restaurant floor, is currently under investigation. There were 234 guests at the hotel. Firefighters are still working to extinguish the blaze.
