💨 Abstract

Pro-Russia hacking groups have targeted South Korean government and private websites in response to North Korea's deployment of troops to support Russia's war against Ukraine. Although some temporary outages occurred, there was no significant damage reported. The South Korean government is strengthening its response capabilities to cyberattacks.
