💨 Abstract
South Korea's Transport Minister Park Sang-woo announced his intention to step down over the Dec. 29 crash of a Boeing jet operated by Jeju Air, which killed 179 people. The crash occurred due to a belly-landing and overshooting the runway at Muan International Airport, followed by an explosion upon hitting an embankment.
