💨 Abstract
Sri Lanka's new National People's Power (NPP) government held its first Cabinet meeting with only three ministers in attendance, including President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and Prime Minister Dr Harini Amarasuriya. The meeting was the smallest ever, as the new government appointed a cabinet of four. The constitution limits the cabinet positions to 25 ministers, and no ministers of state will be appointed.
