In Orebro, Sweden, a shooting at an adult education school left 11 dead, including the gunman, and many injured. Among the victims was 29-year-old Salim Iskef, a Syrian refugee and member of Sweden's Syriac-speaking community. Iskef, who had recently bought a house and was due to get married, was shot by an unemployed Swedish man with no apparent motive.
