💨 Abstract
Taiwanese couple Chang Meng-Chung and Hung Wen-ting, linked to a pro-China political party, have been charged by Taiwanese prosecutors for promoting Chinese political agendas and violating election laws. They allegedly received 2.32 million dollars from Chinese authorities over a decade and produced radio and digital media propaganda for China. The couple could face up to 5 years in prison and a fine of NT$10 million.
