💨 Abstract
Taiwanese human rights activist Lee Ming-che has called for strict restrictions on religious exchanges with Chinese organizations, claiming that such interactions are politically motivated by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and infringe on religious freedom. The call follows the detention of three elderly Taiwanese members of the I-Kuan Tao religious group in China since October, with their release and travel safety at risk if China does not comply.
