A fiber optic cable linking Finland and Germany along the Baltic Sea has stopped working and may have been severed by an outside force, according to Finnish company Cinia. The 1,200 km C-Lion1 cable was damaged near the southern tip of Sweden's Oland island and could take between 5-15 days to repair.
