In the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that the Russian army suffered significant losses, including North Korean soldiers, in battles near Makhnovka in the Kursk region. The Ukrainian army claims to have killed three North Korean soldiers and seized their documents. Russian strikes also resulted in casualties in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
