đź’¨ Abstract
The Gaza Strip is littered with undetonated explosives from tens of thousands of Israeli air strikes, making the territory uninhabitable, according to the U.S. government. The challenge to clear these lethal remnants is huge, with estimates suggesting that between one in ten and one in twenty bombs fired into Gaza did not go off. Israel resumed bombardments in March after a ceasefire fell apart, and more bombs fall daily.
