Thirteen Cuban soldiers are missing following explosions at an arms and ammunition depot in Holguin, eastern Cuba. The incident, initially attributed to a construction site fire, is under investigation. The military reported four officers and nine soldiers among the missing, with 361 people evacuated. Social media videos show smoke and flames near Melones, a rural community where the depot is located. Rescue teams and firefighters are working at the site.
